Recently, I accepted a very rare opportunity to join Gartner Group as a Managing Vice President of its Network and UC Research team. The analysts on the team are responsible for covering the services and technologies I have followed in my thirteen years as a Giga, Forrester, and most recently, independent Industry Analyst.
